Position Details
This individual will have minimum of 8+ years of real estate transactional experience including representing clients in commercial leasing, sale/acquisition, finance and real estate development transactions. Responsibilities
· Handle heavy deal volume within the corporate and real estate teams.
· Manage real estate due diligence for sale and purchase and financing transactions.
· Manage complex closings of real estate sale and purchase deals.
Salary
Base compensation will vary based on level of experience, skills and education. Compensation range $180,000-275,000+. Attorneys are also eligible for objective (quarterly), source (monthly) and annual discretionary incentives based on performance.
