Position Overview: Seasonal Sales Associate
Reports to: Seasonal Store Manager

The Seasonal Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience at our Hickory Farms locations. This role requires proactive engagement with customers, in-depth product knowledge, and a commitment to achieving personal and team sales goals. Sales Associates will work independently while maintaining professionalism, enthusiasm, and a high standard of service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales
• Greet and approach every customer, offering personalized assistance and recommendations • Drive sales by actively engaging customers and showcasing products • Achieve personal sales goals while supporting team objectives
Product Knowledge & Merchandising
• Maintain extensive product knowledge to answer customer questions and drive purchases • Restock and organize merchandise as directed to ensure an attractive and well-maintained store environment
