Your responsibilities

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of experience within Finance & Accounting, Shared Services, BPO, or GBS environments. • Proven expertise in Order-to-Cash operations and service delivery management. • Previous experience leading teams, including coaching, performance management, and talent development. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions. • Fluency in German and good knowledge of English. • Experience in process optimization, transformation projects, or operational excellence initiatives. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. • Knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP platform would be an advantage. • Additional language skills, particularly French, are welcomed.

Why join?

• Be part of building a brand-new GBS organization in Wrocław. • Have a direct impact on shaping processes, team structure, and ways of working from the early stages. • Work in an international environment supporting stakeholders across the EMEA region. • Join a company investing in continuous improvement, operational excellence, and digital transformation. • Enjoy a role that combines people leadership, operational management, and strategic influence.
