Your role

You will be part of a team of technical experts driving the development of advanced SiC and Si technologies across various Infineon sites. In this role, you will shape the future of electro-mobility by defining technical directions and driving innovation for next-generation automotive power SiC MOSFET technologies, with a strong focus on device architecture and technology concepts.

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Derive power device specifications from marketing requirements * Define and verify the layout of the device ensuring compatibility with the production process flow * Ensure robust production by planning and running experiments using DOE methodologies * Perform statistical analyses and translate results into clear, actionable conclusions * Lead root-cause investigations and drive the resolution of critical technology, yield, reliability, and stability challenges * Mentor and develop engineers across the organization, acting as a technical coach and role model * Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Automotive and other Infineon divisions to align development activities and achieve project goals
