As part of our DSS ramp-up plan in Poland, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Technician to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring product quality, supporting compliance with standards, and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Our Team
The position requires flexibility to work within a 3-shift system to maintain quality control throughout production.
What You Will Do
• Perform inspections to ensure product compliance with quality standards. • Conduct measurements and tests using appropriate tools and equipment. • Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records. • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues. • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement quality improvements. • Ensure adherence to company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• Technical education in quality, engineering, or related field. • +2 years of Experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. • Knowledge of measurement techniques and quality tools • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. • Communicative English required for collaboration in an international environment . • Proficiency in Polish language required.
What Will Put You Ahead
• Experience with ISO standards and quality management systems. • Knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control) and other quality methodologies. • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
