About Out Summer Internship Program
Our Summer Internship Program is designed for students entering their final year of university who are eager to gain meaningful, real-world experience in a fast paced, collaborative, and professional environment.
As a Summer Intern, you'll participate in a comprehensive onboarding experience led by our University Relations team to set you up for success from day one. Throughout the program, you'll also have the opportunity to participate in weekly professional development sessions, networking events, social activities, and other engaging experienced designed to support your personal and professional growth.
The program takes place from June – August 2027 (10-week program).
This role is hybrid in the Alpharetta, Georgia office for 2-3 days a week.
Project Management Intern — Professional Services
About the Role
As a Project Management Intern, you'll work alongside our Professional Services project managers to learn how complex customer implementation projects are planned, tracked, and delivered. You'll get exposure to real project schedules, resourcing, and customer coordination- a great foundation for anyone interested in a project management career, no technical background needed.
What You'll Do
• Assist project managers in building and maintaining project schedules and status trackers • Help prepare project status reports, meeting agendas, and minutes • Support resource and timeline tracking across multiple active projects • Coordinate logistics for project kickoffs, check-ins, and reviews • Help maintain project documentation and templates in our PM tools • Track action items, risks, and follow-ups, and help ensure they're closed out on time • Support process-improvement initiatives within the PMO
