• Learn about each client's vacation preferences, interests, and budget • Research destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, and vacation packages • Compare available travel options and supplier offerings • Create personalized vacation recommendations • Coordinate reservations and travel arrangements • Prepare organized itineraries and important travel information • Communicate with clients throughout the planning process • Provide support before, during, and after travel • Stay informed about destinations, promotions, and travel suppliers
