You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent service to the guests. The Commis - Merdeka Grill is responsible for preparing a consistent, high-quality food product and ensuring courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet's operating concept and Hyatt International standards.

• Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia. • Ideally with an apprenticeship or professional diploma/degree in Culinary Education. • Minimum 2 years of work experience as Commis in international hotels or F&B establishments are preferred. • Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality as well as possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
