We Are:

Synopsys is the leader in engineering solutions from silicon to systems, enabling customers to rapidly innovate AI-powered products. We deliver industry-leading silicon design, IP, simulation and analysis solutions, and design services. We partner closely with our customers across a wide range of industries to maximize their R&D capability and productivity, powering innovation today that ignites the ingenuity of tomorrow.

You Are:

You are driven by the kind of challenges that don’t have a single right answer—only sharper questions, better tradeoffs, and a team that’s willing to iterate until the outcome is undeniable. You thrive in environments where the bar keeps moving, where priorities shift with new data, and where you’re expected to stay calm, curious, and decisive at the same time. You don’t wait to be told what to do; you look for the friction points, the recurring pain, and the moments where a small change in approach can unlock a big jump in results.

You bring a customer-first mindset that shows up in how you work every day. You listen carefully, clarify goals, and make sure everyone is solving the same problem before anyone starts optimizing. You communicate with precision and empathy—direct enough to prevent surprises, thoughtful enough to keep relationships strong. When something goes wrong, you treat it as a shared puzzle, not a personal failure, and you keep the focus on progress: isolate the issue, align on next steps, and close the loop with clear outcomes.

You’re a natural bridge-builder. You enjoy connecting dots across teams, translating needs into action, and keeping feedback grounded in real-world impact. You balance attention to detail with an instinct for the bigger picture, and you measure success by the momentum you create—helping others move faster, make better decisions, and deliver results they can stand behind.
