HireNow Staffing is recruiting experienced Operating Room Registered Nurses for surgical services opportunities in Overland Park, Kansas .

This position requires at least one year of recent OR nursing experience involving scrub and/or circulating responsibilities. Full-time daytime schedules are available, with required on-call participation.

Candidates must live within 30 minutes of the facility to meet the on-call requirement. U.S.-based candidates considering relocation must be able to meet this requirement before assuming on-call duties.

HireNow Package

• Base Pay: Up to $48.00 per hour. Starting rate and experience-based placement will be discussed during screening. • Schedule: Full-time days with a 6:45 a.m. start. • Shift Length: Eight- or ten-hour shifts. • On-Call: Required. • On-Call Pay: $5.00 per hour. Role Overview

Anticipated responsibilities include:

• Provide perioperative nursing care and support safe surgical procedures. • Perform scrub and/or circulating duties appropriate to training, competency, and assignment. • Prepare the operating room, equipment, and supplies for scheduled procedures. • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team. • Support sterile technique, patient safety checks, and accurate documentation. • Communicate patient needs during handoffs and transitions of care. • Participate in the required on-call rotation.

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of recent OR RN scrub/circulating experience . • Active, unencumbered Kansas RN license or an applicable multistate compact RN license. • BLS certification. • Ability to work the stated daytime schedule and required on-call assignments. • Residence within 30 minutes of the facility .
