Lafayette Federal Credit Union (LFCU) are currently seeking an Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to join our winning team. As an ABM you will be part of a dynamic team focused on providing credit union members with an unparalleled service experience while proactively seeking opportunities to cross-sell products and services for the betterment of our members. You will also coach and mentor our Member Service Representative because you have a passion for helping others succeed.

You will:

• Contribute to the successful achievement of branch sales goals as set by the Principal Vice President, Business Development. • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the branch in accordance with established policies & procedures while ensuring that quality service standards are maintained. • Perform all duties of a Member Service Representative as needed. • Act as Branch Manager in his/her absence. • Respond to questions and/or provide information upon request from members (internal & external). • Process requests/transactions as appropriate. • Assist members and potential members in understanding and utilizing Credit Union products and services.
