How you will contribute to our success:

What sets you apart:

- At least 3 years of experience in partner management or business development, with a focus on the DACH public sector (federal, state, municipal, or education). - Proven track record of acquiring and developing successful partnerships with public-sector-facing resellers, SIs, or consultancies. - Familiarity with public procurement processes and frameworks (tenders, RFPs, framework agreements) in Germany, Austria, and/or Switzerland. - Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including within long, multi-stakeholder public sector sales cycles. - Self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Fluent in German and English, or with additional languages such as Spanish, French and Dutch being a plus. - Working knowledge of AI tools, capabilities, and limitations, with the ability to translate them into practical partner and customer value.
