Ambra / InteleShare Support Engineer

Noida, Bangalore or Hyderabad (WFO-5 Days)

Responsible for supporting and maintaining the Ambra/InteleShare medical image exchange platform , ensuring reliable DICOM image transfer between external facilities, PACS, and clinical systems.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• L2/L3 support for Ambra/InteleShare and Gateway . • Troubleshoot DICOM image upload, transfer, routing, and sharing issues. • Resolve stuck/missing studies, patient mismatches, duplicate studies, and routing failures . • Troubleshoot AE Title, IP/Port, C-ECHO, C-STORE, network, and gateway connectivity . • Support integration with PACS, RIS/EHR, VNA, and DICOM routing systems . • Perform log analysis, incident resolution, RCA, and change support . • Knowledge of Radiology workflows, DICOM, HL7, PACS, and ServiceNow . • Experience with Visage, Laurel Bridge Compass, PowerScribe, or Epic is an advantage.

This role requires work from office on all working days and shifts as per the 24x7 shift roster. The office location would be Noida, Bangalore or Hyderabad.
