€1,740 gross/month Relocation support available 21 days of company-provided accommodation upon arrival €1,500 gross relocation bonus €1,500 gross welcome bonus after meeting the applicable employment milestones

What You'll Do
Assist Dutch-speaking customers with their questions and requests Provide non-technical troubleshooting and practical solutions Support customers across different communication channels Deliver clear, friendly, and solution-oriented service
Requirements
Fluent/native-level Dutch Fluent English Customer support experience is an advantage, but not mandatory Comfortable working on-site in Sofia Available for rotating shifts between 09:00–22:00, Monday–Sunday EU work eligibility or existing legal right to work in Bulgaria
