• THE EARNINGS & PAY STRUCTURE: Average $1,989 weekly ($103,475/yr), with top-performing drivers pulling in a massive $2,548 per week ($132,497 annualized). Get paid through an hourly structure scaling from $29.00 up to $31.00 per hour based on your experience, plus safe and on-time performance bonuses. • ROUTE & FREIGHT DETAILS: Run regional routes originating out of Ridgefield, WA, covering Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Northern California. Handle dry freight touch accounts requiring 2 to 4 loads weekly (averaging 3–4 stops per load) using rollers to unload trailers. Note that drivers living more than 50 miles away from Ridgefield must have a safe, authorized place to park the truck. • SCHEDULE & HOME TIME: Get back home every week for a consistent 34-hour reset. Runs include both day and night shifts, with days off varying based on freight demands and seasonal volume. • DRIVER REQUIREMENTS & SCREENING: Bring a minimum of 3 months of recent driving experience.
