Would you like to help shape the next chapter of Aimo Park’s commercial development?

We are looking for a Commercial Director who will take a key position in Aimo Park Norway’s management team, with a clear mandate to strengthen the commercial organisation and drive further profitable growth.

The role:

As Commercial Director, you will have overall responsibility for New Business in Norway and lead the commercial sales team. You will identify new market opportunities, develop strong customer and partner relationships, and contribute to the development and commercialisation of new services, concepts and business models.

The role spans strategy and execution. You will develop the sales strategy, drive structured sales processes, identify new revenue opportunities and play a key role in major tenders, contract negotiations and commercial discussions. You will also work closely with colleagues across Operations, Finance, Legal, Technology and Marketing.

An important part of your mandate will be to further develop the commercial function - its people, processes and ways of working - ensuring that the organisation is equipped for continued growth.

You have:

• a university degree in Business, Economics or equivalent • a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in commercial roles • solid experience in B2B sales and business development • proven leadership experience and the ability to develop and lead a commercial team • experience in strategic sales and in translating strategy into tangible commercial results • strong commercial and financial acumen • experience with complex customer processes, contracts and negotiations • an analytical approach and the ability to use data and market insight to identify opportunities for growth and profitability • excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken

It is an advantage if you have:

• experience from real estate or other transaction- and contract-intensive businesses • relevant industry experience • experience in developing and commercialising new services, concepts or business models • experience with partnerships and the development of new revenue streams

Who are you?

We believe you are self-driven, curious and results-oriented, with the ability to see both the bigger picture and what it takes to turn opportunities into tangible results.

You are comfortable challenging established ways of working, while doing so constructively. You build trust, bring people with you and combine analytical strength with creativity and commercial instinct. Most importantly, you are motivated by creating and developing, rather than simply managing what already exists.
