About this role
HRIS Specialist, Stockholm/Oslo/Copenhagen/Helsinki
Would you like to take long-term responsibility for an HR platform and make everyday work easier for managers, employees and HR colleagues? We are looking for an HRIS Specialist who combines hands-on system expertise with an understanding of HR processes and a keen interest in continuous improvement.
About the role
On behalf of a client, Level Recruitment is looking for a specialist to take responsibility for the ongoing administration and development of the company’s HR platform. You will be a key point of contact for system-related matters, working closely with HR, Payroll, IT and Finance to ensure reliable data, efficient workflows and a user-friendly platform.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Administering and configuring the HR platform, including permissions, forms and system settings. • Developing workflows and automations that simplify HR processes. • Ensuring the quality and consistency of employee data. • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on integrations, testing and new functionality. • Supporting managers, employees and HR colleagues with system-related questions. • Identifying opportunities for improvement and turning them into practical solutions.
You will work across different stages of the employee lifecycle, balancing day-to-day administration and user support with ongoing development. Together with process owners, you will translate business needs into effective system solutions.
This role will suit someone who wants to take lasting ownership of a platform and continue developing it as needs evolve.
You will have the opportunity to influence how the HR platform is used and developed.
The role calls for an ability to prioritise immediate needs alongside longer-term improvements, make decisions within your area of responsibility and collaborate with colleagues who bring different perspectives.
What you bring
To succeed in this role, you have at least three years of experience working with HR systems, including hands-on experience in administration, configuration, workflows and automation.
You understand how HR processes connect and have worked with system integrations in collaboration with other functions or external vendors.
Your background may be in an internal specialist role, a broad superuser role, consulting or with an HR system provider.
