ABOUT SAILOR HEALTH

Sailor Health is on a mission to empower happier, healthier aging. Through Medicare-covered therapy, dedicated care navigation, and healthcare advocacy, we help older adults navigate grief, loss, isolation, and life's hardest transitions with more ease and peace of mind.

Our model is built around their needs and yours:

- Wraparound patient support: Care Navigators and Healthcare Advocates handle what falls outside the therapy sessions, so your work stays clinical. - A real team, not a login: Dedicated Clinical Quality Leads provide ongoing consultation, and a responsive provider support team answers questions in real time. - Scale with reach: We serve patients across all 50 states, with strong organic demand and a steady referral pipeline.
