Hair Salon Manager
About this role
Job Description
Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon team and step into a leadership role where you can make a real impact. If you’re a licensed stylist who enjoys coaching others, building strong teams, and helping a salon run at its best, this could be the next step in your career.
Whether you’re currently an Assistant Manager or an experienced stylist ready to take on full leadership responsibility, we’d love to connect with you.
Why you’ll love it here
Great Clips salons give Salon Managers the opportunity to do what you love, along with the support, structure, and resources to lead confidently and build a strong team culture:
• Great, reliable hourly wage plus tips • Flexible scheduling with dependable retail hours • Job stability and a steady flow of customers driven by the marketing of the largest hair salon brand in the world — no self-marketing to find clients, booth rent or hidden fees, and no appointments required • Potential for recognition for great performance and team success • Exclusive discounts on professional salon tools and products • Leadership and technical training to help you grow your skills, the team, and the salon • The opportunity to coach, develop, and motivate a team of stylists • Clear systems, expectations, and operational support • Innovative salon technology — like Online Check-In and the Great Clips App — that helps take care of the busy work so you can focus on what you love most: delivering great haircuts • A team environment where stylists help each other succeed • Consistent income you can count on — without upselling pressure, commission stress, or competition for walk-ins
Employee offerings like medical benefits and paid time off (PTO) may be available at certain locations.
What you bring to the team
