As our Food and Beverage Management Intern , you gain insight and experience in the execution of managerial duties while working closely with the Food and Beverage leadership team. Responsibilities • Support the Food and Beverage leadership team in daily operations across all outlets • Lead by example on the floor, ensuring engaging and high-quality guest experiences • Assist in coordinating restaurant, bar, breakfast, and event operations • Support activations and events within ARCA Restaurant and Bar and the art'otel gallery • Drive commercial performance by supporting upselling and promotional activities • Monitor service quality and ensure brand standards are consistently delivered • Support team communication, shift organisation, and operational flow • Assist with training and coaching team members • Engage with guests, creating memorable and personalised experiences • Take ownership of projects that enhance performance and guest satisfaction Essential Requirements • Currently enrolled in a hospitality, hotel management, or related study programme • Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken • Passion for food, drinks, and guest experience • Proactive, organised, and eager to learn in a dynamic and creative environment • Availability for an internship of at leas...
