The Senior Property Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the entire property/properties, including supervision of staff, building maintenance, all administrative duties for both internal and external agencies, and maintaining positive relationships with the residents of the property.

Job Highlights:

• Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday with occasional weekends if needed • Salary: $65,000 based on experience

What You Bring

1. At least 5-years of property management experience with Volunteers of America.

2. High School diploma or its equivalent.

3. Professional certification preferred (CMH, ARM, CAM, RAM, and LIHTC).

4. Fair Housing Certificate and awareness of fair housing laws.

5. Knowledge of regulations, acts, guidelines, etc., pertaining to conventional properties.

6. Knowledgeable in all local laws pertaining to fair housing.

7. Knowledge of computer operations, to include basic data entry.

8. May be required to live on site.

9. Ability to lead support and communicate effectively to maintain good relations with residents and motivate team members.
