What We Offer:

Flexible Scheduling: ( We operate 7 days a week)

Full-time - 4 Shifts per week ( 8-12 hour shifts)

Part-time- 2-3 Shifts per week ( still 8-12 hour shifts)

Paid training

Pay (Hour rate + Tips + Performance Based Bonus)

Total Average Earnings: $19-$23 per hour

A typical day includes:

• The day starts with a commercial vehicle inspection, followed by a morning meeting. • Teams of two will head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers' homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces • Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to each customer • Once your truck is full, you will dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities • To run efficiently, teams must maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team • Feel amazing about helping your community
