Follow how competitors and other research providers are developing their methods, data sources, and technologies. Turn relevant developments into proposals we can evaluate or test. - Turn findings into action. Present your conclusions clearly, invite challenge and discussion, and work with colleagues and stakeholders to put agreed improvements into practice.
