Job Summary
We are looking for a Lead Engineer with strong expertise in ASP.NET development and the ability to lead and mentor a team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable web applications while driving technical excellence and project success.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using ASP.NET, C#, and .NET technologies . • Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance. • Review code and ensure adherence to development best practices. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Required Skills
• 6 to 8 years of experience in ASP.NET development . • Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC/.NET Core, Web APIs, and SQL Server . • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful services . • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Proven experience in leading teams and driving project deliverables.
Preferred Skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Exposure to cloud platforms and modern development practices.
Must Have: Strong ASP.NET development experience and team leadership capability.
