About this role
Are you passionate about privacy and the future of AI regulation? As part of our Privacy & AI Legal team, you will form part of a center of excellence, delivering practical legal advice across all business functions while upholding our customer-centric approach.
Working closely with senior colleagues, you will embody our core values—Lead, Deliver, Care—by taking ownership of privacy queries and driving compliance excellence. Through active teamwork to deliver, you will support local teams and foster a collaborative, privacy-conscious culture across the business.
These are some of the key components to the position:
• Deliver and support on assigned privacy and AI matters using established standards and escalation paths. • Research data protection law, AI regulation, and internal precedents to draft clear legal notes and recommendations. • Prepare and quality-check standard legal documents, privacy notices, and matter templates to maintain quality and accuracy. • Aim high and drive excellence when responding promptly to routine stakeholder queries across various business departments. • Coordinate inputs from cross-functional teams, external counsel, and legal colleagues to reliably hit project milestones. • Support stakeholders maintaining the Record of Processing Activities (RoPA) by coordinating with data owners and keeping entries current. • Support end-to-end privacy rights governance and collaborate with local teams on managing privacy rights. • Track emerging legal and regulatory developments to maintain and upgrade internal playbooks and knowledge resources.
What will you bring to the team?
• Foundational knowledge of data protection laws (including GDPR) and a strong interest in AI governance. • Ability to translate legal standards into business-friendly advice while developing an understanding of our internal and external partners. • Sound commitment to stay committed to achieving goals while managing multiple workstreams reliably. • Passion to aim higher and drive excellence across all operational privacy governance tasks. • Clear, concise communication skills in English to explain complex legal concepts to non-legal peers. • Sound judgment on when to resolve queries independently and when to escalate to senior team members. • A responsible mindset focused on privacy compliance to protect our users and make a lasting impact.
