Creative Developer

Frontify is the brand platform behind some of the world's leading organizations, including Microsoft, Telefónica, Bosch, Mercedes-Benz, and Kia. We help every team bring brands to life — with governance in one place, seamless workflows across the tools people already use, and a foundation that's ready for AI.

We're driven by collaboration, curiosity, and the belief that great work can happen anywhere. What began in St. Gallen has grown to London, New York, and beyond. Wherever you join us, you'll take ownership from day one, shape work that reaches global brands, and help redefine how brands work in the age of AI.

WHAT YOU'LL SHAPE

As a Creative Developer at Frontify, you'll bring creative ideas to life through thoughtful, high-performing digital experiences. Working closely with designers, copywriters, and marketers, you'll turn ideas into reality — from campaign landing pages to the integrations and automations that power our marketing engine.

You'll combine creative thinking with technical expertise, taking ownership of projects from start to finish across frontend and backend development. As part of our in-house team, you'll help bridge the gap between what's imagined and what's possible, working alongside creative teams to turn ambitious ideas into experiences that work beautifully.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build and maintain pages, templates, and components in Webflow. - Develop and customize HubSpot assets, including landing pages, email templates, forms, and modules. - Connect Webflow, HubSpot, and other tools through APIs, webhooks, and custom integrations. - Design and maintain automated workflows that reduce manual work for marketing and creative teams. - Transform Figma designs into responsive, accessible, and high-performing web experiences. - Collaborate with designers from the start to shape creative ideas that are both ambitious and technically achievable. - Write clean, well-documented code and contribute to setting standards for how the team builds.

WHAT YOU BRING
