• Director of Development • Owns full process: zoning, entitlements, underwriting, horizontal infrastructure, vertical leasing • Austin market knowledge preferred but not required • Avoid: big-firm VPs dependent on large teams; family office candidates who are too junior • Target: elite specialist in permitting, entitlements, or horizontal who can think first principles and own cradle to grave • Base comp starts with a 3, up to a 4 (i.e. $300K-$400K+); incentives likely on top • Equity in the family office fund: unknown, Mike to find out (Vince flagged as a strong selling point)

Compensation

The base pay range for this role is $250,000 – $400,000 per year.
