We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to work at Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, Virginia
The pay range for this role is $25.00-28.00
The Sales Coordinator will assist the Sales Manager with the day-to-day rental operations. Ensure that all the levels of service and standards are met and exceeded in the perception of our clients and customers.
Summary of essential job functions
• Answer rental business calls • Create orders in AV Manager • Build quotes /bids for customers • Meet with clients doing site visits • Handle all the sales on smaller size shows • Assist with repeat business for smaller-sized shows • Other duties as assigned
Skills and Specifications
• Audio Visual Technician work experience is required • Hands-on knowledge of an inventory tracking system is helpful • Excellent Customer Service skills • Professional appearance and demeanor • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen • Must be able to meet deadlines, work a flexible schedule, be self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and have a clear focus on high-quality service • The ability to work with many different types of people on different levels
