What You'll Do
• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have already expressed interest in our products • Conduct professional in-home design consultations • Build rapport, uncover customer needs, and recommend custom bathroom remodeling solutions • Present pricing, overcome objections, and close sales during the initial appointment • Use company-provided technology and sales tools to deliver a world-class customer experience • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to maximize performance

What We're Looking For
• Proven one-call close experience preferred • In-home sales experience strongly preferred • Background in home improvement, remodeling, windows, roofing, HVAC, solar, or other high-ticket sales industries • Demonstrated track record of closing large sales consistently • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Ability to build trust and create urgency in the home • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
