As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Alarm Assessment in Apopka, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points and alarm systems, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. • Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and access concerns. • Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, restricted-area access procedures, and compliance with site-specific rules. • Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred. • Customer service experience is preferred. • A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred. • Access control and badge experience is preferred. • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
