Responsibilities
• Provide companionship and emotional support • Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting • Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed • Perform light housekeeping and laundry • Provide medication reminders • Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention • Accompany clients to appointments or run errands • Monitor and report changes in client condition • Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team

Qualifications
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening • Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience required
