Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Experienced Patrol Monitoring in Harrisburg, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide professional customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and use technology to document observations. Pay Rate: $19.13 / Hour

• Security Experience • Minimum of 6 months of relevant security experience. • Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of security protocols and practices. • Additional Qualifications (Beneficial to Position) • Access Control/Badge Experience • Familiarity with access control systems and badge management is preferred. • Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet • Candidates should be proficient in using computers or tablets for daily tasks and communication. • Customer Service Experience • Previous experience in customer service roles is advantageous, showcasing the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements. • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, including entrances, parking areas, ATM areas, and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. • Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with access control and directing visitors as needed. • Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
