You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control and badge processes, and provide outstanding customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. Use computer or tablet systems to document activity while communicating professionally and acting with integrity as part of a caring, reliable team.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities. • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations. • Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols. • Monitor access points and report unusual conditions, hazards, or policy concerns to the appropriate personnel. • Complete required activity reports and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred. • Customer service experience is preferred. • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
