Pay: $20–$33/hour
Airborne ABA is a fast-growing ABA therapy provider dedicated to helping children thrive at home, in school, and in the community. We are excited to announce a new opportunity to serve families in Greeley, Colorado and we’re looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
What You’ll Do:
• Work directly with children with autism and developmental needs. • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). • Support skill-building, positive behavior change, and independence. • Collaborate with families, schools, and our clinical team to make a lasting impact.

Who We’re Looking For:
• Passion for working with children and helping them succeed • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Reliability and consistency • ABA or childcare experience a plus (not required — we provide training!)
