Decile Group (https://decilegroup.com) is the leading agentic platform for fund administration. Our AI-native infrastructure lets emerging managers launch, run, and scale a VC fund without the overhead that used to make it impossible. We just closed three record-breaking quarters in a row. Hundreds of managers have launched on our platform, and the pipeline keeps accelerating.

Every fund admin platform your prospects have heard of was built before the agentic era. They run on manual reconciliation, junior staff, and siloed systems that don't talk to each other. Their clients get slow K-1s, surprise invoices, and a back office that runs like it's 2015.

Decile was built differently. One data layer across legal, compliance, treasury, accounting, and LP management. AI handles the heavy lifting. Ultra-senior staff on every account. K-1s delivered in March when everyone else is still working on theirs in May. Institutional-grade operations at emerging manager scale.

Your prospects are out there funding AI companies. Their own operations should run like one. Decile is built for 2026 and beyond. That's the story you get to tell.

Scam Warning VC Lab and Decile Group never conduct hiring interviews via chat, and we will never ask candidates to send money, purchase equipment, or share financial information. Scammers may impersonate real employee names. If you are contacted about a role outside our official channels, do not engage.

The Role We don't need someone who runs a playbook. We need someone who writes the next one. Your job is to fill our pipeline with emerging GPs by finding channels nobody else is using, testing them quickly, and scaling the ones that work. Some weeks that's cold outbound. Other weeks it's an X thread that takes off, a LinkedIn series, a community you start from nothing, or an AI agent you build that books meetings while you sleep.

What You'll Do • Generate qualified meetings with emerging fund managers through any channel that works.

• Run a steady stream of growth experiments, kill the losers fast, and double down on the winners. • Build a presence on X and LinkedIn that pulls GPs to us instead of us chasing them. • Build and use AI agents and automations to do the work of a five-person team. • Share what you learn every week so the whole company gets smarter about growth.

Who You Are • Creative, with a growth mindset. You see a blank page and get excited, not stuck.

• Strong on social. You know how to write a post people stop scrolling for. • Agentic. You don't wait for permission or a perfect plan; you ship, measure, and iterate. • Fast. You'd rather run ten scrappy tests this week than one polished one next month. • A builder. You're comfortable with AI tools, automation, and figuring out new software on your own. • Bonus: you know venture, fintech, or selling to investors.
