Contract: Part Time (Must be able to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday)
Hours: 10 -20 hours
Salary: £12.71
• Ensuring the customer experience is maintained to the highest standard at all times. • Assisting with any kitchen, front of house and back of house cleaning duties. • To organise deliveries, and ensuring the fridges are stocked, using a first in, first out process. • Assisting with clearing tables and maintaining a clean working environment. • To ensure all labels and prices are correct. • Maintain awareness of promotions, pricing and product information. • To be flexible to work on tills, following the cash handling procedures, taking orders and working on the floor, serving food and drinks. • Follow food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures at all times. • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service targets and maintain smooth operations. • To attend all training and development course as requested. • To always represent WSH and John Lewis in a professional manner in your behaviour appearance and knowledge. • To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management. • Positive can-do attitude • Strong communication skills • Good organisational skills • Ability to work under pressure to meet the business needs • Reliable and able to work well within a team • Self motivated and proactive • Meal on shift • Endless tea and coffee on shift • Enrolment into the WSH pension scheme • 28 days annual leave (plus extra day for your birthday off) • Enhanced maternity, paternity and family friendly leave with length of service • Access to everyday discounts and communication portal • Employee Assistance Programme and qualified Mental Health First Aiders • Cycle to Work scheme • Opportunity to develop and further your career in an exciting company
