About this role
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
ABOUT THE JOB
The Program Integration Manager supports critical decisions, strategic intent, and the flow of dependent actions across the major pillars of Anduril's Dive-XL organization. The role exists to:
• Ensure that the schedule the business line plans from is structurally sound and achievable • Bust silos by driving and coordinating execution of interdependent actions and decisions (e.g. how do design changes impact the production and delivery schedule?) • Ensure the program plan tools of record accurately reflect the state of work • Capture leadership intent and support the development of briefing materials and the flow of information to key program stakeholders • Support the wider Dive-XL PMO with execution and tracking
An indicative split of work is approximately: 50% integrated master schedule + cross-pillar integration and cadence alignment, 30% leadership intent, briefing materials and stakeholder information flow, and 20% wider PMO execution and tracking support.
Undersea Dominance is a rapidly evolving business line delivering to two navies against programs of record that are still taking shape. Tasking for this role will change as the program does, and the successful candidate should expect priorities to be re-set in response to customer commitments, capability milestones and organisational growth.
This is an integrator role, not an administrator. Supporting leadership and the wider PMO is a real part of the job, but the role is scoped around work it holds outright: building and operating a networked schedule, coordinating cross-pillar decisions, and applying technical judgment to plan validity on a program of this size is a transferable craft, and onboarding new pillars onto the standard requires judgement about how a team actually works.
It will suit a candidate who is precise, comfortable saying in a room of senior leaders that the schedule does not add up, and interested in sitting close to the decisions on a program of national significance. For those who want it, the role is also a route into an embedded technical program manager seat.
