Are you looking for a more consistent caseload?

Are you fed up with limited visits for your patients?

Are you tired of constantly needing new patients to keep your caseload up?

Do you want to make potentially THOUSANDS more per month in home health?

Join the Suru Network and build a more consistent mobile caseload and earn thousands in extra income with patients who receive higher-frequency visits and remain in treatment longer than traditional home health commonly allows.

Suru provides mobile outpatient physical and occupational therapy in patients' homes, and therapists value the longer treatment relationships, flexible scheduling, and continuity of care.

Join our established network of 50+ PTA and OTA professionals. Suru gives home-health clinicians an easy way to help appropriate patients continue therapy after discharge.

How Does It Work?

You can submit a referral through the Suru mobile app or web app. Suru then confirms the patient's interest, checks insurance eligibility, and arranges a Telehealth evaluation with the appropriate licensed PT or OT. When the patient is clinically ready for follow-up treatment, you may continue seeing the patient in the home.

Suru can also notify you when other patients become available in your service area. You decide whether to accept or decline each opportunity.

Why clinicians join the Suru network:

• Patients receive up to 10x more visits than traditional home health commonly allows. • Longer episodes and fewer one-off visits can support a more consistent mobile caseload. • A more consistent caseload can provide meaningful supplemental income. Our clinicians have earned thousands in extra income per month! • Referring a patient is simple: submit the information, and Suru handles eligibility, intake, and the telehealth evaluation before follow-up care begins. Then we hand it back to you to continue care - usually within 3 days. • Scheduling and care delivery are flexible. • Suru handles intake, eligibility, evaluations, and billing. • Visit notes can usually be submitted by voice recording in about one minute. • Clinicians choose which available cases to accept.

Pay Rate:

• Clinicians are paid per completed eligible visit. • Suru will do its best to match your current home-health or per-visit rate. • Direct deposit into your bank every single week.
