We are advancing an innovative portfolio of therapeutics, supported by a leadership team with deep experience in the design, development, and commercialization of cutting-edge therapies, including antibody-drug conjugates. We are also advancing a broad portfolio of early-stage ADCs pursuing undisclosed solid tumor targets.
Position Overview
Immunome is seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager to drive territory-level sales performance in preparation for and following the potential launch of varegacestat in desmoid tumors. This role will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare providers, executing brand strategy at the local level, and ensuring that patients and physicians in the territory have the information and support needed to consider varegacestat as a treatment option. This work is grounded in authentic patient centricity, keeping the needs of people living with desmoid tumors at the center of every decision.
As a core member of the U.S. Commercial organization, this individual will partner cross-functionally with Market Development, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs to deliver a compliant, insight-driven customer experience. The mission of this role is to achieve territory sales objectives while establishing Immunome as a trusted commercial and scientific partner within the desmoid tumor community. Success in this role depends on the ability to extend trust — to physicians, teammates, and cross-functional partners alike — as the foundation of every relationship.
Responsibilities
Territory Sales Execution
• Achieve or exceed territory sales goals for varegacestat in alignment with the national brand strategy. • Develop and execute a territory business plan that identifies priority accounts, targets, and call plans. • Deliver clear, compliant, and compelling clinical and value-based selling messages to healthcare providers. • Maintain a deep understanding of the desmoid tumor treatment landscape, referral patterns, and local standards of care. This requires the ability to scan, adjust, and focus as market dynamics, referral patterns, and provider needs evolve. • Track and report territory activity, call metrics, and business results using approved CRM tools.
