About this role
About the role
We’re looking for a Content Creator to join Alaan’s marketing team in Dubai.
This is a role for someone who lives and breathes short form video. You’re always watching what’s trending, you know what makes people stop scrolling, and you move fast enough to act on it before the moment passes. You care deeply about numbers and you’re always thinking about how to grow.
What you'll do
• Creating and posting short form video content across Instagram and TikTok that actually gets watched and shared • Owning Alaan’s presence on both platforms - growing followers, reach, and engagement month on month • Managing stories, reels, and real time content that keeps the brand active and relevant every single day • Spotting trends and moving on them quickly - you’re not waiting for a brief, you’re already shooting • Analysing what’s working and what’s not and using that to constantly improve what goes out
What We're Looking For
• 2-3 years of experience creating video content for Instagram and TikTok • Obsessed with growth - you track your numbers, you know what moves them, and you’re always pushing to do better • Fast - you can turn around content quickly without the quality suffering • A strong eye for what works on each platform - you don’t just repurpose the same video everywhere
What's in it for you
• Contribute to building the Middle East’s most beloved fintech brand from the ground up • Benefit from a role with significant ownership and accountability • Thrive in a flexible hybrid culture with ample work-life balance • Participate in exciting offsite events • Competitive salary and equity • Enjoy additional perks like travel allowances, gym memberships, and more
