Associate Director Brand Marketing & Media (m/f/d)

About your tasks

• Own and further develop Redcare Pharmacy’s brand concept and positioning, ensuring consistency across six markets, channels and customer touchpoints. • Build and steer the cross-market brand media plan, including budget allocation and phasing across TV, programmatic and social. • Lead, develop and connect a team of eight specialists, establishing clear responsibilities and an effective operating model across country and channel expertise. • Continuously improve the media mix by applying brand tracking, marketing mix modelling and incrementality insights, linking brand investment to measurable business impact. • Establish effective planning and governance routines across markets and channels, enabling transparent decisions, shared learnings and continuous optimization.

About you

• You bring senior brand and media experience from a multi-market, data-driven organization, ideally within e-commerce, online retail or another consumer-focused digital business. • Deep knowledge of TV, programmatic and social media enables you to challenge plans, guide in-house specialists and manage external agencies confidently. • Your track record includes leading and developing experienced teams while bringing previously separate capabilities into a shared structure. • Brand investment is something you connect to commercial outcomes, using data and measurement to support decisions rather than relying on reach and awareness alone. • English proficiency at C1 level or above is essential; German is an advantage but not required. You are also able to work from our Cologne office at least once a week.
