Engineering Group, Engineering Group > Hardware Engineering
General Summary:
General Summary:
As a leading technology innovator, Qualcomm pushes the boundaries of what is possible to enable next-generation experiences and drive digital transformation for a smarter, connected future. As an RF Product and Test Engineer, you will develop characterization and test solutions for highly integrated RF transceiver ICs and modules across the product lifecycle, from characterization planning and first-silicon validation through commercialization and production support. You will analyze characterization and production data, troubleshoot failures, coordinate cross-functional teams, and help improve yield, test time, product quality, and retest performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communications Engineering, or a related engineering field. • Relevant experience is a plus, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Basic understanding of RF transceiver measurement techniques, such as noise figure, gain and power, ACLR, linearity, and phase noise. System-level knowledge is a plus. • Ability to operate laboratory test equipment, including power supplies, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power meters, and vector network analyzers. • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and logical reasoning skills. • General knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and willingness to learn test-development tools. • Basic knowledge of statistical analysis tools and techniques, quality processes, and reliability testing. • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with initiative, flexibility, and the ability to learn quickly and work effectively under pressure.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
