Business Operations Support (Working Student) (f/m/d)
About this role
About us
Some things still require a human. NECTURE is turning data into action. Combining intelligent decision-making with real-world distributed execution through its StreetCrowd network - for mobility, last-mile delivery, and autonomous fleets. NECTURE's Distributed Operations bridge the gap between digital intelligence and physical reality. Enabling efficiency, fostering growth, and driving a sustainable future.
What if your student job kept a city moving?
1000s of StreetCrowders. 20+ cities. 300,000+ tasks completed in 2025. Behind every one of them is operations groundwork, and that’s where you come in.
The role.
You join Business Operations and own the everyday groundwork that keeps our client accounts running. Hands-on. Real responsibility. From day one.
What you’ll do
• Onboard new StreetCrowders: screening, document checks, activation, first-task support. • Coordinate the crowd on live accounts: shift coverage, task assignments, reminders. • Run task and quality checks: verify completed jobs, flag issues, follow up on gaps. • Maintain the admin configurations in our platform and tools that steer our services in the background, such as task setups, client settings and workflows. • Handle admin and back-office follow-ups: data maintenance, tickets, documentation. • Use AI tools to simplify and automate recurring manual work.
What you bring
• You are enrolled at a university or FH in Vienna (any field of study). • You are fluent in German and English; a CEE language is a plus. • You are enthusiastic about AI and already use AI tools in your daily work or studies. • You go the extra mile: you take ownership, follow through, and don’t stop at “good enough”. • You are hungry to learn: you ask questions, seek feedback and keep improving. • You are organised, reliable and confident with digital tools (Google Workspace, Slack, spreadsheets).
Aspiration to bring in your best
Attitude over experience. Yes, we mean it.
What we offer
• A real operational role in a small, international mobility-tech team. • Flexible hours around your studies, with regular presence in our Vienna office (at least 3 days/week) • Hands-on exposure to clients, operations and AI-driven process improvement. • A long-term perspective: we want this role to grow with you.
