Sales Account Executive - UK Market (F/H/NB)
About this role
🤓 Your missions:
Be one of the first sales hires launching Jump in the UK
After supporting thousands of freelancers in France, Jump is now launching its next major market: the UK .
This is a rare opportunity to join at the very beginning of a new country launch and help build the commercial engine from the ground up.
We are looking for a Sales Account Executive - UK Market to help us convert inbound and outbound opportunities into our first UK customers. This is a key role at Jump: you will not only sell, but also help us understand the UK freelance and umbrella market, refine our pitch, structure our sales process, and shape how Jump grows internationally.
😎 What you will do:
• Own the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing and onboarding new customers • Manage a high-volume, fast-moving pipeline: around 20 inbound calls per day, 10 demos per week, short sales cycles and efficient conversion • Become an expert in the UK freelance, contractor, umbrella and payroll market (we will train you on this) • Help us build the UK sales playbook: messaging, objections, qualification, pipeline management, follow-up, and conversion • Work closely with the founding, marketing and operations teams to identify new growth opportunities • Play a direct role in the launch of a new market, with high visibility and fast learning • Have a concrete impact on the lives of thousands of freelancers by helping them access a better, simpler and more secure way to work independently
Why Jump
• Join a fast-growing fintech reshaping the future of independent work in Europe • Work alongside a high-performing team with backgrounds at Doctolib, Leboncoin, PayFit, Ubisoft and Amazon • Receive BSPCE stock options and a competitive package: €40k fixed salary + €6k OTE, with an uncapped monthly variable and accelerator when you exceed your targets • Enjoy a modern office in central Paris (3rd arrondissement)
Why this role is exciting
This is not a classic sales role in an established market.
You will be one of the first people building Jump UK. That means more ownership, more learning, and more impact. You will help define what works, what does not, and how we scale.
As the market grows, strong performers will have the opportunity to take on broader responsibilities quickly: new segments, team leadership, sales operations, partnerships, or country expansion topics.
