About this role
Growth Executive | eCommerce Agency Sales
Growth Executive | eCommerce Agency Sales
Remote across Australia | Full-time Base salary + super + uncapped commission
Love a good discovery call? Even better when it ends in a signed deal?
We’re partnering with an eCommerce growth agency looking for a sharp, curious salesperson who enjoys asking good questions, getting into the numbers and winning new business.
You’ll join as their second closer, working directly with the Head of Growth to turn qualified demand into lasting client partnerships.
What you’ll be getting stuck into
You’ll speak with founders and finance leaders about what’s helping their business grow, what’s holding it back and where the opportunity sits.
From there, you’ll own the deal: discovery, growth evaluations, proposals, negotiation and the final signature.
Your week will include:
• Getting to know prospective clients through discovery calls. • Learning to build and present audits that connect marketing performance to profitability. • Talking fees, handling objections and closing partnerships. • Keeping deals moving and HubSpot up to date. • Giving the delivery team a clear handover so clients start strong.
A little about you
• You’ve spent around 2–5 years closing ongoing services, ideally in an agency, SaaS or consulting business. • You can talk us through deals you’ve personally won and targets you’ve hit. • You’re comfortable talking business with founders and senior decision makers. • You ask thoughtful questions, take feedback on board and follow through. • You enjoy sales and want to keep getting better at it.
Experience with eCommerce brands, Meta, Google Ads or Shopify? We’d love to hear about it.
What’s in it for you?
• Remote working within Australia, with Melbourne preferred. • Base salary + super + uncapped commission. • Daily coaching from the Head of Growth. • Access to Directors for mentorship on commercial strategy and negotiation. • Training in eCommerce, financial metrics and marketing measurement. • A clear ramp-up plan, with support on your first deals.
The goal? Own full deal cycles within three months and build towards five new partnerships a month by six months, bringing on clients who are a great fit and stay.
