Director, Revenue Cycle Management

Who You Are

You are a seasoned revenue cycle leader who has seen the full picture, from a single denied claim to a multi-practice P&L and knows how to manage both. You bring deep expertise across coding, billing, AR, payor contracts, and credentialing, and you’re just as comfortable presenting financial results to a client as you are digging into a payor dispute or troubleshooting a billing workflow. You’re self-directed and thrive in a remote environment. You know how to prioritize when everything feels urgent, manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, and still deliver accurate, timely results. You communicate clearly, with clients, coders, and executives alike, and know how to translate complex billing and financial information into something a practice owner can act on.

You take compliance seriously because you understand the stakes, and while you’re driven by the numbers, you never lose sight of what’s behind them - the providers we support, the patients they serve, and the practices we’re helping to sustain.

If you’re looking for a role where you can own something meaningful and make a real difference for primary care - we’d love to meet you.

Who We Are

Oasis Health Partners (Oasis) is building healthier communities by advancing primary care. We partner with patients, providers, and plans to provide personalized, local care for seniors in towns across America. We believe that patient needs come first, and that primary care is the foundation of patient-centric healthcare. With Oasis, patients receive better access and care. Providers receive the data, resources, and expertise to be successful in value-based care arrangements. Payors get the benefit of a solution that improves performance, drives growth, and reduces the total cost of care in hard-to-engage markets.

Together, we will boldly advance primary care for those that need it most. We are excited for you to join us on this journey. We invite you to be a part of Oasis, where you will discover we listen first, do the right thing, build things together and go all in --- while having fun!

Your Role

Oasis is building a strong, scalable Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) offering to support independent and community-based primary care practices. As Director of Revenue Cycle Management, you will own the full revenue cycle function for our MSO clients - from coding and claim submission through payment posting, denials management, and AR follow-up - while serving as a senior, trusted partner to the practices we support.

You will lead a large, distributed team of coders and billing staff, oversee coding quality and compliance, and manage payor relationships, contracts, and credentialing across a multi-client portfolio. You will also be the face of our RCM function to clients - delivering monthly financial results, identifying opportunities, and solving problems before they become bigger ones.
