How You'll Contribute to Our Success

As Phileo by Lesaffre's Sales Manager (Swine), you'll drive revenue growth by executing a strategic sales plan, building strong relationships with swine producers, integrators, and feed mills, and positioning our yeast-based solutions as essential to their success. You'll collaborate closely with our Technical Services Manager and Monogastric Sales Team to deliver value-driven solutions, leverage market insights to uncover new opportunities, and ensure at least 90% of your time is focused on direct and remote sales activities-all while aligning with Phileo's North America commercial strategy to expand our leadership in the swine industry.
