At Insomnia Cookies, warm cookies are just the beginning.
As a Cookie Crew Member , you're part baker, part hospitality expert, and part late-night hero. Whether you're welcoming guests into the bakery, pulling a fresh tray of cookies from the oven, or packing the perfect delivery order, you'll help create the experience that keeps our fans coming back night after night.
Our bakeries move fast, especially after the rest of the world has called it a night. Every shift is a team effort, and every warm cookie, friendly interaction, and perfectly packed order matters.
If you enjoy working with great people, thrive in an energetic environment, and love making someone's day just a little sweeter, you'll fit right in.
