Sales Development Representative — DACH (m/f/d)

Your next conversation could start a great partnership.

You spot an interesting business and immediately start thinking: Who makes the decisions? What would get their attention? How could we help them grow?

Then we send an email, pick up the phone, reach out on LinkedIn – or combine these channels to connect with the right decision makers.

At qiibe e, we connect businesses with loyalty programs such as Miles & More, Etihad Guest and many others . We help them use miles and points to attract customers, encourage repeat purchases and create more reasons to choose their brand.

We’re looking for an SDR who can take that story into the market, spark interest and turn it into qualified sales opportunities.

You’ll report directly to Elmo Hagendorf, our Head of Partnerships, and work with an international team that loves loyalty, thinks creatively and follows through. We bring energy, opinions and a healthy obsession with making things work. Bring yours.

🚀 Your mission

Find the right businesses. Reach the right people. Give them a compelling reason to talk. Your focus is small and medium-sized businesses in the DACH region. You’ll research prospects, build relevant outreach and qualify opportunities before handing them to our Account Managers.

Success means creating outreach that sparks replies, questions, or meeting bookings—with a real chance of turning into business.

👉 What you’ll do

• Find the fit. Identify businesses and decision-makers with a credible use case for qiibee. • Make your outreach relevant. Connect what you learn about a prospect with a clear commercial reason to speak. • Start conversations. Use calls, email and LinkedIn confidently, adapting your approach to the person and the opportunity. • Qualify with curiosity. Understand the business need, potential fit, decision-making context and willingness to explore a partnership. • Book meetings that matter. Set clear expectations, secure commitment and give the Account Manager the context to take the conversation forward. • Follow through. Handle early objections, re-engage promising prospects and keep your outreach organised. • Use AI intelligently. Work with our existing tools to research accounts, improve personalisation and refine sequences. Check the output and make it your own. • Keep HubSpot useful. Record accurate information, meaningful notes and clear next steps. • Learn from the funnel. Work with the AMs and Elmo to understand which meetings progress and use that feedback to improve your targeting and messaging.
