We are seeking friendly, charming, efficient and smiley English and bilingual speaking staff (preferred, but not essential) to work within our Guest Services Team in Niseko. You must have exceptional customer service skills with passion for dealing with people.
POSITION
Resort Representative/Driver
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Meeting/greeting guests in resort • Safe driving of guests to and from village/resort accommodations on arrival/departure & for intra-village ski shuttles (5 to 20min driving distance) • Performing guest check-ins & check-outs based on information provided. • Providing guests with key local information & assistance • Be able to work Christmas and New year period
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Promoting tours/activities such as snowmobiling & cultural tours • Assisting guests with rental equipment set up • Occasionally acting as a host for our guests on cultural tours
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
One of below experience helps our team
• Personal customer service experience (face-to-face) • Travel/tourism experience • Outdoor education or activity guiding • Resort/seasonal work experience • Ski or Snowboard experience
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
• Responsible, energetic, confident, can-do attitude • Friendly personality, can be a team member with manager • Flexible with irregular work hours
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:
• Needs to be English speaker, Business level or higher • Other language skill are not essential, but welcome
DRIVING LICENSE
Must have one of below license
• Driving license issued from Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Monaco, Taiwan. • International Driving Permit (IDP)
